REJUVENATION HERBAL BODY MASSAGE:

The Ayurvedic Herbal massage rejuvenates the body, recharges and reactivates the mind, builds resistance to diseases, improves the complexion and is effective for sound sleep. The person undergoing the massage is laid on the "Thoni" (special bed) while herbal oils are applied on the body by the Masseur and massaged.

MARMA KIZHI:

A herbal rejuvenation therapy combined with Raksha thirummu. A very relaxing yet stimulating experience, invigorating and lending a wonderful sense of calmness and well being. A safe treatment for various physical problems. For this treatment we make a mixture of different herbal powders and tie it in a cloth bag. After the massage, this kizhi bag is heated in the Ayurvedic herbal oil and is administered in the affected area or the entire body. This therapy is good for back pain, joint pain, sprains, nervous weakness, rheumatism etc.

DHARA: Thailadhara :

In this process some herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc are poured on the forehead/ whole body by a special method. This therapy is very effective for headache, nervous weakness, paralysis etc. It strengthens the entire nervous system.

FACE PACK:

Herbal face pack to improve the complexion and beauty of the face. Rejuvenation Therapy. Tones up the skin, rejuvenates and strengthens the tissues, increases primary vitality and improves mental clarity and thereby increases the resistance of the body, so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

HERBAL STEAM BATH:
