• Rates liable to change if there is increase in fuel prices or tax structure.

• Please guarantee your reservation against payment at the time of booking.
• A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20.00 hours, unless late arrival is specified.

EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY

• Child upto 5 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without extra bed.
• Child (6-12 years) up to a maximum of 2 children, can be accommodated with one extra bed per room, as per rate specified for each child.
• Person above 12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed, subject to a maximum of one person, as per extra person rate.

PROOF OF IDENTITY

• A per GOI directives, all guests are required to carry a valid Photo ID (Voters ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed Forces identity card).
• It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI’s to carry their Passport with valid Visas or OCI (Overseas citizen of India) /PIO (Person of Indian Origin) Card.
• Relevant documents have to be produced at the time of Check-in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND RULES

• 15 Days advance notice : Full refund after deduction of 10% administrative charge.
• Less than 15 Days notice : No Refund
• Retention will be levied for all days of confirmed booking in case of No Show.
• Peak Period: Non Refund Policy - No Refund for cancellation of Peak Period bookings, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
